Please reach out to our team via the contact page prior to posting the item(s) for a refund and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We offer a 28-day return policy.

Any orders returned after this time period will not be eligible for a refund. ​

Return costs

Please be advised that any cost to return your goods must be covered by the customer. We would advise that all customers opt for a tracked method of return as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

 

Faulty or damaged goods

If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please reach out to our team via our Contact Form before processing your return, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Returned products must be unworn and unwashed

We will not accept any returned products that show any signs of having been worn or washed, including where the products are stained or otherwise marked or damaged

If a product is returned to us that has been worn, used, damaged or is in an otherwise unsellable condition we reserve the right to refuse your refund. 

In addition to this you may incur a £6.95 administration fee for the return of the goods.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. Our returns address is: Anti Social Mums Club, 37 Mill Road, Southampton, SO15 4JB.

2. Items that are returned and are no longer in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.

3. Discounted items where you applied a code at checkout are eligible for the full 28-day returns policy as normal.

4. Items purchased as part of an offer, for instance, “buy 2 get 1 free” or “buy 3 or more t-shirts to get 25% off” must be returned in full to be eligible for a full refund.

5. Refunds for items purchased through a Gift Card will be processed back to a gift card to be used again.

6. Items purchased from our warehouse sample sales are non-refundable.

7. All ASMC Custom orders are final and non-refundable. This is due to the custom nature of the product as it has been made to order.
